About the Oakland University Alumni Magazine
The Oakland University Alumni Magazine is a biannual publication, published by the University Communications and Marketing Department and distributed for free to Oakland University alumni, staff and friends. The magazine retains a production committee and editorial advisory team for consultation on alumni engagement and industry best practices, ensuring the continuing quality and integrity of the OU Magazine.
The OU Magazine’s purpose is to serve the interest of Oakland University’s alumni and increase engagement with alumni by showcasing stories on their achievements and finding meaningful ways to connect with the OU community. The goal is to engage with and inform university alumni, staff and friends through thoughtful and impactful content that relates to the shared and diverse experiences of Oakland University alumni.
